Practicaps Images and David Rich Photography supply images displayed our various
sites to bona fide charities and community groups free or at significantly reduced
prices.
If you think you qualify, please do not make a purchase from this or our sister
sites and then request a discount or refund: Practicaps takes only a small commission
from sales and cannot supply free resources if you buy from commercial sites. Instead,
select the pictures you are interested in from any of our site and then email us
~ tell us what you want and how you want to use our photos and we will make arrangements
for you to be able to download the them.
We will also issue you with a licence setting out our conditions of use. For free
resources, this will usually just say that you have been given the right to use the
images for the purpose stated, and that Practicaps retains the copyright.
We hope that you will include a copyright notice (?Practicaps Images), an acknowledgement
somewhere in your publication or a link back to this site if you use it online; we
do recognise it isn?t always appropriate, so we don?t insist on it for non-commercial
users.
Remember, the way you want to use you pictures will decide what kind of file you
need. What works for your slide show or web site is not what you require for a poster
or framed print, and different again if you are doing a brochure or leaflet. We wouldn?t
want to send you something to put in a folded pamphlet that you run off on your desktop
printer if what you really need is something to send to a commercial offset printer
for a bound coffee table book or a calendar.
Decide what you want, contact us with the details and we will get right back to you.
